  • These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Capricorn Prints website and to purchases made through the website.

    By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

  • I make every effort to ensure that artwork descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other product information are accurate.

    As artwork is handmade or individually produced, there may be minor variations between the photographs shown on the website and the actual piece you receive.

    Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

  • All prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

    I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

    Payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

  • When you place an order, you will receive confirmation that your order has been received. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and I have confirmed the order.

    If I am unable to fulfil an order, I will contact you and provide a full refund for any payment already made.

  • I currently deliver to UK addresses only.

  • Your statutory rights, including applicable cancellation and return rights under UK consumer law, are set out in my Refund and Returns Policy.

    Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your legal rights.

  • All artwork, photographs, written content, logos and other material displayed on this website belong to Capricorn Prints or are used with permission.

    You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or use my artwork or website content commercially without my written permission.

    Purchasing an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.

  • You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

    I make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors.

  • I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
